Meet Dr. Stephanie
Welcome. I am glad you are here, and I appreciate the opportunity to support you or your loved ones.
For more than twenty years, I have collaborated with individuals across all ages, backgrounds, cultures, identities, and life circumstances. My experience spans a wide range of clinical settings—including hospitals, residential programs, community organizations, and private practice—helping people develop the insight and skills needed to navigate challenges and move toward meaningful change.
My philosophy is grounded in the belief that people are inherently resilient. With the right support, space, and guidance, we can reconnect with who we are, clarify what matters most, and create shifts that feel authentic and sustainable.
My first priority as a therapist and coach is to build a collaborative, empowering relationship. I aim to help clients feel relief, clarity, and a sense of capability as early as possible in our work together.
If you are ready to learn more—to gain insights and strategies that foster emotional freedom, confidence, and a deeper sense of well‑being—our work will focus on helping you become proactive in your growth. Together, we will draw from approaches grounded in science and tailored to what is realistic and effective for you.
